Eligibility

Bridge of Hope helps families, primarily those led by single mothers, who are struggling with their finances and are facing homelessness.

Through an approximately 12–18-month program with Bridge of Hope, you will work with a case manager and be connected to a Neighborhood of Support to help your family secure safe and sustainable housing that meets your needs. To help you on your way, Bridge of Hope will also provide temporary rental assistance.

We currently do not have openings in the program and are working through our wait list on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to begin the application process, please complete an inquiry form by clicking the link below and entering your information. You will be contacted by a case manager regarding the application process.
